BCBA Exam PrepTCO-weighted practice

Legal

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This is a first draft written directly from this application's actual features and billing model, not final legal copy. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and should not be relied on as legal advice until it has been.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BCBA Exam Prep ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

BCBA Exam Prep provides TCO-weighted mock exams, fluency drills, and an ethics study module to help candidates prepare for the BACB's BCBA certification exam. Some content is AI-generated and passes through an automated fact-checking step before being served, but we do not guarantee that any question, score, or study plan is free of error, or that using the Service will result in passing the BCBA exam.

The Service is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for materials published by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and it is not a substitute for supervised fieldwork or professional training required for certification.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

The Service offers a free tier, a Pro subscription, single exam-credit purchases, and agency/organization seat licenses. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled; single exam credits are one-time purchases and don't expire on a recurring billing cycle. You can cancel a subscription or delete your account at any time from your account page.

Refund eligibility isn't yet defined in this draft — check back or contact us below if you have a billing question.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, or resell the Service's question bank or generated content
  • Circumvent rate limits, bot checks, or free-tier usage limits
  • Share a paid account or agency seat with people it wasn't issued to
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a third-party AI model

6. Content and intellectual property

Questions, explanations, drills, and study materials generated by the Service are our property (or our AI providers', as licensed to us) and are provided for your personal exam preparation only. References to the BACB Test Content Outline and Ethics Code are citations to the BACB's own published, copyrighted materials — we don't claim ownership of BACB content and link to or cite it rather than reproducing it in full.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, certification decisions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.

9. Governing law

Governing law and dispute-resolution terms are not yet finalized in this draft and need attorney input before this section can be relied on.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do; for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account holders by email.
